Peter has over 27 years of experience in the management of large class A building complexes in the GTA. Peter is directly responsible for the daily property management operations at Consilium Place, and supervision of the building staff. Peter has been with Kevric for 9 years and possesses experience not only in the repositioning of assets but also in standardization of processes and improving efficiencies in large class A buildings.

Jonathan has diversified technical operational experience in commercial office buildings. He is directly responsible for the daily operations of the building services and for the supervision of the operations staff. With in-depth technical knowledge of building systems, Jonathan ensures the safe and efficient operations of the buildings.
